Summer Exhibition Reminder
The summer exhibition is now well under way and the variety and quality of the work on show has reached a new high point. Nearly 120 pictures managed to make it through the selection process and are now proudly on display in St Swithun's Church. Thanks to everyone who helped to put the exhibition on and who assisted on a very successful opening evening. Pictures from the exhibition will be used on next year's RAS 2011 calendar so watch this space.

June Meeting - An Evening With Mark Pidduck
Our June meeting sees Mark Pidduck demonstrate his watercolour landscape techniques at The Retford Post 16 Centre. Mark works out of his studio in Warsop and is a very popular and talented local artist. For a preview of what the evening has in store please go and have a look at the excellent range of work on his website. The June demonstration will take place on Thursday 24th June at 7:30pm.
The evening is £3 for members and £5 for visitors (£2 for students) with tea and coffeee available as usual.
